Dear VCU Employee Parking Subscriber,

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate the COVID-19 crisis. To support you during this challenging time, we will make the following accommodations for VCU employee parking subscribers.

VCU employee parking subscribers with payroll deductions will not be charged, beginning with the April 16 paycheck. Should the university continue limited operations, deductions will remain paused until further notice. The March 16 to March 24 period will be credited towards your first month’s deduction upon returning to campus.

Your parking permit will remain active during this period, and if you are an essential employee who is parking on the Monroe Park Campus, you may continue to park in the location most convenient for your needs during this time. If you are an MCV Campus subscriber, please continue to park in your designated parking location.

Again, we thank you for your cooperation and support during these unprecedented circumstances. We will continue to leverage our resources to support and serve the VCU community as best we can.

We will notify you when payroll deductions will recommence. In the meantime, you can find additional information regarding refunds at parking.vcu.edu/covid-19. Please check this page regularly for the latest information and updates related to VCU Parking and Transportation.

Sincerely,

Josh Stone, CAPP

Director
